Receiving an order notification does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted if additional verification is required.

Adding a product to the shopping cart does not guarantee its availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

• The phone number is correct and reachable.

Please note that in the event of a pre-order cancellation by the customer, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.
